AI Therapist provides an AI-powered mental wellness support platform. The Service is intended to offer emotional support, guided exercises, and mental wellness resources.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI responses are for informational and supportive purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional mental health advice. We are not responsible for any loss of data or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Therapist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions that by nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — shall continue to apply.
